Transitioning From the Birth to 3 Program into Preschool

Find out about the Early Childhood transition from the birth to 3 program and into the preschool setting for 3 & 4 yr olds. Learn about other supports for your young child, learn ways to build relationships through good communication, learn about the Individual Education Program (IEP) process, and be part of the IEP team.
