Literacy at Home: Tips for Struggling Readers

Parents Reaching Out is providing a virtual workshop for parents to support successful readers in grades K-3. Attendees will learn about the components of reading, and ways to support reading at home. Participants will also learn how families and schools can work with one another and what to do if a child is struggling in school. This workshop will also provide information on the Special Education referral process and important Special Education timelines.
