Sara Fleming is the Director of Program Development for Tobosa Developmental Services, Inc., in Roswell. She began training her agency (Adult and Children’s Services) staff in 2020 in the “Purpose in Life” and has since developed several different systems within the agency to contribute to helping find the Purpose in Life for not only staff but also for the individuals we serve. Sara has been with Tobosa for 8 years working to discover individual strengths, promoting the attainment of milestones and empowering families and colleagues to believe in themselves, and break past societal barriers and stereotypes.
